STONE DETAILS

The name for this mineral was given to it due to the pink colour which ranges through all the pinks of the Kaleidescope. Rose Quartz is a silicone dioxide of the Quartz family. It is characterized by a trigonal crystal system and a hardness of 7 on the Mohs  scale. Rose Quartz can be found in different countries including Africa, Brazil, Madagascar, England, Scotland, Australia, Canada, India and the USA.
